Rwanda and Malawi signed a Bilateral Air Services Agreement to enhance air transport between the two countries.
The Agreement was signed on Thursday, October 31, by Jacob Hara, Malawi’s Minister of Transport & Public Works, and Rwanda’s Minister of Infrastructure Dr. Jimmy Gasore.
“The signed agreement marks a significant step forward in fostering connectivity, boosting economic cooperation, and enhancing opportunities for trade and tourism between Rwanda and Malawi,” Rwanda’s Ministry of Infrastructure posted on X.
Signing on behalf of the Government of Rwanda, Minister Dr. Jimmy Gasore emphasized that the Bilateral Air Services Agreement represents another major milestone, further strengthening the already excellent relations and promoting cooperation between Rwanda and Malawi.
Not only do Rwanda and Malawi cooperate in Bilateral Air service, but they also cooperate in various sectors such as Defense, police, and trade.
