President Paul Kagame called on leaders to have the inner fire and motivation to put citizens first and deliver Rwanda’s ambitions.
This was stated by the Office of the President, Village Urugwiro, on March 20th. As they wrote on X this evening at Intare Arena, President Kagame closed a two-day cabinet retreat that discussed practical steps towards sustaining a collaborative and results-driven government.
“The President emphasized the importance of having the courage to speak up and called on leaders to have the inner fire and motivation to put citizens first and deliver Rwanda’s ambitions,” Village Urugwiro added on X.
This two-day retreat with cabinet members and other senior officials focused on delivering Rwanda’s goals of socioeconomic transformation.
Rwanda is one of the countries in the world that values the importance of citizens in leadership and the development of the country. This was shown by the decentralized leadership, where everyone has a contribution in planning and implementing government policy.
