The Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) has announced the revised fuel pump prices, which will take effect from 7:00 PM on 08 October 2024, for a duration of two months.
In the statement released, RURA stated that the maximum retail price for Gasoline (Premium Motor Spirit) is 1, 574 Frw per liter, down from 1,629 Frw per liter.
The maximum retail price for Diesel (Automotive Gas Oil) is 1, 576, Frw per liter down from 1,652 Frw per liter.
“These adjustments are primarily based on recent fluctuations in international petroleum product prices,” stated the Regulatory Authority.
