Further appointments include Mr. Francis Gatare, Senior Advisor in the Office of the President; Eng. Richard Nyirishema, Executive Chairperson of Rwanda Water Resources Board; Mr. Jean Claude Musabyimana, Executive Secretary of the National Electoral Commission; Mr. Brave Ngabo, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Arts; and Ms. Ariane Zingiro, Head of National Development Planning and Research Department in MINECOFIN. Additionally, Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita was proposed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the Russian Federation; Mr. Lambert Dushimimana was proposed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the Kingdom of The Netherlands; and Amb. Vincent Karega was appointed as Ambassador at Large in MINAFFET in charge of the Great Lakes Region.
