WA is set to increase social housing budget up to a total of $843 million this week.
Western Australia’s government is set to increase homes from 4000 to 5000 as its target.
This was said in the announcement today by WA Planning Minister John Carey that the budget will be handed down on Thursday.
In order to boost WA’s housing pool, currently, about 125 homes are being constructed or renovated each month.
