President Paul Kagame, who is in Guinea Conakry, held a tête-à-tête meeting with Guinea President Mamadi Doumboya.
The Office of the President, Village Urugwiro, stated that on Monday, May 13, President Kagame arrived in Conakry for a visit where he was received by President Mamadi Doumbouya.
“The two Heads of State held a tête-à-tête meeting, discussing ways to strengthen existing productive bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and Guinea in various sectors including digitization, trade, and investments,” Village Urugwiro added on X.
In April 2023, Rwanda and Guinea signed an agreement to create a joint cooperation committee between the countries and other agreements covering areas such as agriculture, ICT, education, mining, and security.
