President Paul Kagame, who is in the United States of America in Washington D.C., met with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar. They discussed bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and Qatar.
The Office of the President of Rwanda, Village Urugwiro, stated yesterday in Washington, D.C., President Kagame met with Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and discussed various areas of bilateral cooperation between Rwanda and Qatar.
Village Urugwiro also added that President Kagame received Senator Mike Rounds and Senator Chris Coons to discuss different areas of collaboration as well as regional and global issues.
Rwanda and Qatar already have cooperation in promoting and protecting investments, as well as cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, technology, tourism, anti-corruption, air transport, and other sectors.
