President Kagame receives letters of credence from 8 new Envoys

On Wednesday, August 28, at the President’s Office, Urugwiro Village, President Paul Kagame received letters of credence from eight new envoys.

The letters of credence received are from Ambassador Alexander Polyakov of Russia, High Commissioner Alison Heather Thorpe of the United Kingdom, High Commissioner Mridu Pawan Das of India, and Ambassador Mauro Massoni of Italy.

President Kagame also received letters of credence from Ambassador Fátima Yesenia Fernandes Juárez of Venezuela, Ambassador Enrique Javier Ochoa Martínez of Mexico, Ambassador Genţiana Şerbu of Romania, and Ambassador Ruslan Rafael oglu Nasibov of Azerbaijan.

Rwanda is opening cooperation with other countries.

Data from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation shows that there are 45 diplomatic missions with residences in Rwanda.

A total of 35 regional and international organizations have representation in Rwanda, and 20 countries are represented by Honorary Consuls.

Additionally, Rwanda has 72 non-resident diplomatic missions accredited to it.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reveals that 35 regional and international organizations have representation in Rwanda.

President Kagame received the letter of credence from Ambassador Fátima Yesenia Fernandes Juárez of Venezuela.
President Kagame received the letter of credence from Ambassador Alexander Polyakov of Russia.
