Rwanda and United Arab Emirates signed cooperation in Security and Counterterrorism Sectors.
It’s cooperation signed on 14th February in Dubai, by Rwanda’s Minister of Interior Alfred Gasana and United Arab Emirates Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as stated by Rwanda’s Ministry of Interior on X.
The two countries already have relations and cooperation in the fields of education where various opportunities are given to Rwandan students to study in the United Arab Emirates, where 20 went in 2018 and 10 in 2019.
Rwanda and the United Arab Emirates are also cooperating in other areas including investment, trade, tourism and air transport, political and military consultancy and diplomacy because both countries now have ambassadors representing them in each.
