Rwanda is honored to host the 2024 FIA Prize Giving ceremony, which is being held in Africa for the first time ever.
The event is scheduled to take place in Kigali on December 13, 2024, as part of the 2024 FIA annual general assembly at the Kigali Convention Centre, which is scheduled for December 9-14.
“Visit Rwanda” stated on X, “A warm welcome to all visitors to The Land of A Thousand Hills in December 2024.”
The FIA, the Automobile Governing Body, stated on X that the upcoming 2024 FIA Prize Giving ceremony is a significant milestone as it will be hosted on the African continent for the first time ever.
“Save the date and join us in Kigali, Rwanda, on the 13th of December 2024,” added the FIA on X.
In December 2023, the FIA confirmed Kigali as the next host city for the body’s annual general assembly. The decision was made public during the 2023 FIA Annual General Assemblies held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
