President Kagame arrived in Singapore on Wednesday, September 18, for his fourth visit to this Asian country.
During his visit, President Kagame met and discussed with Singaporean leaders, including President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong, and Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
The leaders discussed key areas of cooperation in trade, investment, financial technology, as well as concrete steps towards fostering private sector ties between Rwanda and Singapore.
