Presenting copies of letters of credence is a standard diplomatic procedure that formally signals the start of an envoy’s mission before the official accreditation ceremony with the head of state.

The presentation of credentials by the 16 envoys reflects Rwanda’s growing diplomatic engagement with countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

A little more informed. A little more connected.
