President Salva Kiir of South Sudan, who is also currently serving as Chairperson of the East African Community (EAC), arrives in Kigali for a working visit.
He was welcomed at Kigali International Airport by foreign minister Dr Vincent Biruta on this Thursday, 22nd February.
The goal is to get leaders to discuss ways of ending growing tensions among the EAC member states, especially between Rwanda, Burundi and The Democratic Republic of Congo.
