Rwanda Community Abroad in Mali has gathered together to mark 30th commemoration of Genocide against the Tutsi 1994.
The event took place on April 13 at Bamako International Conference Centre.
The event was organised by High Commission of Rwanda to Mali, together with community of Rwandans living in Mali.
High Commissioner of Rwanda to Senegal, Mali, Gambia, Guinea Bissau and Cape Verde, Jean Pierre KARABARANGA has attended the event.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdoulaye Diop attended the event to present government of Mali.
Candles were lit, a minute’s silence taken in honor of the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
Commemoration activities in Rwanda started on April 7th and will end after 100 days on June 19.
